Purposes
We process your data to manage enquiries, reservations, and communications relating to your stay; to comply with legal obligations applicable to tourist accommodation (traveller registration, communication to law-enforcement authorities where required); and to send commercial information only with your explicit consent.
Legal basis
Performance of the booking contract; compliance with legal obligations; consent for marketing communications; and legitimate interest in service improvement and fraud prevention.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal periods (accounting and tax records: 6 years).
Recipients
Data will not be transferred to third parties unless required by law or to provide the service (booking engine WuBook, payment processors, law-enforcement authorities). No transfers outside the EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as the rights to limitation, objection, portability and to not be subject to automated decisions. To exercise them, write to info@hostallamexicana.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
